SGC Meeting Place Terms of Use

Welcome to SGC Meeting Place, a Snow’s Global Connections service. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SGC Meeting Place, including our website, profiles, memberships, messaging services, artificial intelligence features, media tools, account credits, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing a restricted feature, or otherwise using SGC Meeting Place, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use SGC Meeting Place.
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the area of SGC Meeting Place you use.
Certain areas, memberships, and features are classified as Adult (18 and up) and are available only to users who are at least 18 years of age and who meet all applicable membership, consent, and eligibility requirements.
By accessing an Adult (18 and up) feature, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view and use that feature in your location.
You may not misrepresent your age, identity, account ownership, or eligibility.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by a security failure for which you are not responsible.
You may not allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms, circumvents membership restrictions, or misrepresents identity or age.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify SGC Meeting Place promptly.
SGC Meeting Place may offer free and paid membership levels. Different membership levels may provide access to different features, services, artificial intelligence capabilities, media-generation tools, messaging functions, credits, and restricted areas.
Access to a feature may depend on your current membership, age eligibility, account status, available credits, service availability, and compliance with these Terms.
SGC Meeting Place may add, remove, modify, replace, or reorganize features and membership benefits as the service evolves.
Purchasing one membership level does not automatically grant access to features designated for a different or higher membership level.
Paid memberships may be offered on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account according to the billing terms presented at checkout.
SGC Meeting Place may offer account credits used for certain artificial intelligence, image, video, voice, or other usage-based services.
Credits may have different usage values depending on the service being used. The number of credits required for a particular feature may change as provider costs, technology, or service options change.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, account credits have no cash value, are not transferable between members, and may only be used within SGC Meeting Place for eligible services.
Members may cancel recurring memberships according to the cancellation options made available through SGC Meeting Place or the applicable payment provider.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not necessarily provide a refund for time, credits, services, or membership access already used.
Refund eligibility, if any, may depend on the nature of the transaction, service usage, payment-provider rules, applicable law, and any refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Members may create profiles and submit photographs, text, messages, videos, audio, preferences, and other content.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, publish, send, or otherwise use that content.
You may not knowingly upload or distribute content that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
You retain ownership of content that you own. By submitting content to SGC Meeting Place, you grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, secure, and operate that content for the purpose of providing the service.
Private member photographs, videos, messages, generated media, and other restricted content are intended to remain accessible only through authorized account and service functions.
SGC Meeting Place does not claim ownership of your private personal media merely because it is stored or processed through the service.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member’s private media, account information, messages, or restricted content.
SGC Meeting Place may provide artificial intelligence features including Eva, AI Companion, voice interaction, image generation, photo tools, video tools, and related services.
Artificial intelligence output may be generated automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
AI-generated responses and media should not be relied upon as professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated content.
SGC Meeting Place may use third-party technology providers to process AI, voice, image, video, or media-generation requests.
Certain features may allow members to interact with AI-generated companions or virtual characters.
AI companions and virtual characters are computer-generated services and are not human beings. Their responses should not be interpreted as statements, promises, representations, or commitments made by a real person.
Members should not use AI companion interactions as a substitute for emergency services, professional care, or other situations requiring qualified human assistance.
Adult (18 and up) features are restricted to members who are at least 18 years old and otherwise eligible for access.
You may not use Adult (18 and up) features to create, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to obtain content involving minors or any person represented as being under 18 years of age.
You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful sexual content, exploitative content, non-consensual intimate material, or content that violates the rights of another person.
SGC Meeting Place may restrict or terminate access to Adult (18 and up) features when we reasonably believe an account has violated these requirements.
You agree not to use SGC Meeting Place to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or harmful conduct.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
SGC Meeting Place provides tools that allow members to connect and communicate, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, statements, background, or conduct of every member.
Members are responsible for using reasonable judgment when communicating with others, sharing personal information, arranging meetings, or entering personal or financial relationships with other members.
Do not send money or financial information to another member solely because of an interaction on SGC Meeting Place.
If you believe another user is violating these Terms, engaging in fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the service, you may report the matter through the contact or reporting options provided by SGC Meeting Place.
We may review reports and take action when appropriate, but we do not guarantee a particular outcome or response to every report.
SGC Meeting Place may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe the account has violated these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, violated applicable law, or threatened the safety or integrity of the service or its members.
We may also temporarily restrict features while investigating suspected abuse, payment issues, security incidents, or account eligibility.
The SGC Meeting Place name, Snow’s Global Connections branding, website design, logos, graphics, software, page layouts, and other materials owned by SGC Meeting Place or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected SGC Meeting Place materials without authorization, except where expressly permitted by law or by the service.
SGC Meeting Place may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting services, artificial intelligence providers, media-processing services, communications services, and other technology providers.
We are not responsible for the independent content, policies, practices, availability, or security of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
We work to keep SGC Meeting Place available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, technical problems, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SGC Meeting Place does not guarantee that use of the service will result in friendships, relationships, dates, business connections, companionship outcomes, or any particular personal result.
We also do not guarantee that AI-generated content, recommendations, media, or responses will meet every member’s expectations or intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGC Meeting Place and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects, or that every member or third-party service will behave as expected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGC Meeting Place, Snow’s Global Connections, and their owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of SGC Meeting Place, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Your use of SGC Meeting Place is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information, account information, private media, artificial intelligence interactions, and related data are handled.
We may update these Terms as SGC Meeting Place evolves, new features are introduced, or legal and operational requirements change.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SGC Meeting Place after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
